Things You Need to Know

Raffles

Open to BC residents only. Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia. Participants must be 19+ years of age to participate in the raffle. Know your limit, play within it. Problem Gambling Help Line: 1-888-795-6111 www.bcresponsiblegambling.ca

Chances are (at minimum) 1 in 2,500 to win any prize. Actual odds depend on the number of tickets sold.

Raffle draws will happen in real-time on Facebook Live and will be posted to Instagram and our website after they conclude. Like our Facebook page to to watch the live draw. Winners will be notified by email 24 hours after the raffle or auction concludes. Tickets will be printed and anonymously and randomly drawn. The next Raffle draw will happen on June 15 at 10 am.

Auctions

Open to BC residents only. By placing a bid you agree to pay your bid price upon winning. Information on how to pay for your item will be sent by email within 24 hours of the auction close.

General

For any customizable products (size, colour, etc.) delivery of preference is subject to availability. After the winner has selected their preferred size or colour, if the final delivered product does not fit or meet expectations, it is the winner's responsibility to exchange the item directly with the retailer and bare any associated costs. The winner will receive only one item of the available options. 

The cost of shipping prizes to the winner will be taken on by alltrue. However, in order to keep the majority of funds going to our charitable partners, the slowest shipping methods will be used.
